AI & Solutions Architecture Leader · AI + AR

I help companies pick the AI worth building, and get it running inside the business.

I scope AI and AR projects, design how they connect to your data and systems, and stay through rollout. 25+ years in high tech, most of it between sales and delivery.

What I do for companies

Four jobs, from the first question to a working system.

01

AI strategy

The problem
Every vendor sells AI. It is hard to tell which uses will pay off and what they will really cost.
What I do
I separate real use cases from hype. I write each one up with scope, inclusions, exclusions and a cost estimate. It is the same work I did writing the technical sections of Statements of Work at RingCentral.
What you get
A short, scoped AI roadmap you can budget against.
02

Architecture

The problem
A model is only useful if it can reach the right data and systems. In most companies that data sits in many places.
What I do
I design how models, data pipelines and existing systems connect. At Ericsson/CENX I architected a big-data platform (Spark, Kafka, Cassandra, Hadoop) that pulled carrier network data into one view of topology, analytics and inventory.
What you get
A design your engineers can build and your IT team can review before money is spent.
03

Integration and rollout

The problem
Many AI pilots work in a demo and stall when they meet real systems.
What I do
I connect AI assistants, agents and AR experiences to the CRMs, clouds and internal tools people already use. I have built integrations with Salesforce, ServiceNow, HubSpot, AWS and Azure. For an Italian client I designed and deployed a fulfillment solution that automates connectivity from data centres to AWS and Azure. It is live.
What you get
A system running in production, not a pilot.

Translation

The problem
Leadership, sales and engineering often mean different things by the same project.
What I do
I explain what is possible, and what is not, in plain terms. I have run demos for Tier 1 executives and, as technical lead, revitalized projects in Germany, the US and Italy. I keep leadership, sales and engineering working from one plan.
What you get
Clear answers on what it will do, what it will cost and how you will know it works.

Plain definition

What I mean by “complex AI systems”

AI that has to work inside a real business. It connects to messy data, existing tools, cloud platforms, security rules and the way people actually work.

The model is rarely the hard part. The hard part is usually the integration, and getting everyone to agree on what “working” means.

Track record

Where this comes from.

I have worked between sales and delivery for most of my career. I design the solution, help the customer decide, and make sure what was sold gets built.
